  If you want to take your car somewhere and not have to worry if they've done your oil or coolant properly or bled your brakes well you never need to check because these guys are perfection when it comes to your car...they even do your tires and test drive it to make sure its right...and they are justified in the best price for most service...thanks to Milly and Josh who has taken over while Milly has not been well...Cheers Tony

  We have been using Coombs for a while now with nothing but good, fair service. We recently had our vehicle booked in for a 180000km service. My wife arrived on the day only for them to tell her the car is not booked with them? I got on the phone to explain that I had booked it in the week previously and if they remembered the phone call? The gentleman on the other end explained that he DID remember my call but I did NOT actually book it in with them...? I assured him I had. The man proceeds to 'more or less' call me a liar, and that if I had booked it in, it would definitely be in their books. Finally the man asks again for my name and some how manages to find my booking, yet it is a booking for a vehicle that is not actually mine??? He continues to attempt to force the blame back onto me, by saying that I must have booked in the wrong type of vehicle to be serviced and 'such a mistake could not have been made at their end"!!? The whole situation had my wife in tears due to the aggressiveness of the gentleman serving and no attempt of an apology was made! Needless to say, I was left with no option than to walk out and go elswhere with my business. Ive have not previously heard a poor word spoken of Coombs Mechanical, but after this encounter, there is no chance I will be using there services anymore and will definitely not recommend to others. disgusted!
